DFL can supply, transport, install and collect IsoTrack L temporary trackway for routes across ground that may not otherwise suit repeated production or site traffic.

Begin with the ground and the traffic
The route, ground conditions, gradients, turning areas and expected vehicle movements need to be understood before the trackway layout and installation method are selected.
Each IsoTrack L panel measures 2,410 × 1,200 × 12 mm, provides 2.89 m² of usable surface and weighs 36 kg. The manufacturer specifies two-person handling and vehicle loads up to 80 tonnes, dependent on ground conditions.
The compression-moulded thermoplastic panels provide separate vehicle and pedestrian traction surfaces. They are UV protected, resistant to oil and chemicals, and recyclable at end of life. Early planning can also identify where plant or utility vehicles may be needed around the access route.
