Permissions and liaison
Coordinate the people around the location
DFL can coordinate permissions and submit applications, working with landowners, authorities, communities and neighbours as required. Approval remains with the relevant owner or authority, so applications need to begin early enough for the proposed shoot dates.
Clear liaison continues into the shoot and wrap, helping the production manage its agreed use of the site and any reinstatement requirements.

Each brings different questions around routes, parking, ground, weather, neighbours and support space. DFL assesses those conditions while scouting, before the production commits to a location.

On location from shoot to wrap
On shoot days, the location team manages access, agreed working areas, crew movement, local communication and practical changes on the ground.
Support can continue through wrap, reinstatement and post-wrap logistics so that the location is handed back in line with the agreed plan.
